Reminder: you can pay your dues online for a convenience fee which will be calculated during checkout. 

 

Also, if you had a username via PayLease by Zego with OLT (or another account) you will need to log into that account and deactivate it. Once you deactivate that account, you can register, again. To deactivate the account, you must delete the email address listed and hit save. Another option is to use a different email address than what you used with OLT. **ACCOUNT = through PayLease, NOT your account with the neighborhood website

 

Lastly, $0 always shows as your balance with PayLease by Zego because Green Country does not have a way to change that.
