Board Secretary - David Crow

 

As homeowners who built here near the beginning of this neighborhood, we have watched the community grow and prosper. I will keep that momentum going.

I was a major part of the transition team that has helped pave the way for the Board election. We worked tirelessly to ensure Simmons and Capital Homes turned the neighborhood over to homeowners the right way. Many battles were fought to make sure all homeowners were getting the neighborhood handed over in the best condition possible.

 

I have been in charge of the pool since 2019 on a co-chair basis before taking over those duties in their entirety in 2020. 

 

As the Board Secretary I'm responsible for meeting minutes and making sure our bylaws and covenants are followed and enforced.
