The pool will open at 10:00 a.m. Saturday May 29th, 2010 and will be closed September 7th, 2010. The pool will be closed on Mondays to ensure proper cleaning and chemical circulation.

Monday - Closed Except When the Monday is a Holiday.
Tuesday - 10:00 am to 10:00 pm
Wednesday - 10:00 am to 10:00 pm
Thursday - 10:00 am to 10:00 pm
Friday - 10:00 am to 10:00 pm
Saturday - 10:00 am to 10:00 pm
Sunday - 10:00 am to 9:00 pm

Note: Please only let people into the pool that are with you.  They may be people who do not live in our neigborhood and  with bad intentions or they could be residents that are not in good standing with the hoa. If you have any pool code issues you will have to get them resolved before using the pool. You can contact Flora to fix any pool code issues. Also please limit guests to 4 unless pre-approval from the pool committee for a "party". No pool blocking equipment such as volleyball nets, rope ect are allowed during normal pool hours. You will need to book a private party in order to use such items. These tend to block off access to all of our homeowners and their families. Homeowners and guests that are in violation of any rule will be asked to leave. If repeat offenses occur then their code will be disabled.


The pool can be reserved for private parties on Mondays from 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. No parties on holiday Mondays. * Private Parties are on Mondays Only. All other days are for the neighborhood residents and their families. All parties (guest count of 5 or more) must be approved and booked  if it is a Private party. If you would like to reserve the pool or clubhouse please Contact Us on the website and submit your request. Please include your name, phone number, and email address along with the date and time requested. All reservations are pending until confirmation of reservation has been received. Once we have confirmation, arrangements will be made to get you a party code. A cleaning and facility saftey deposit of $50 will be required. The deposit is refunded if no cleaning or facility issues arise.  Please fill out our Pool Rental Agreement and print off a copy of the Pool Rules. There is a limit of one private party per homeowner per year. We have many families that want to book the pool.
